Founded in 1970, Hallmark is an MBE/SBE employment agency specializing in providing “permanent,” temporary, and consulting services in the fields of Biotechnology, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Information Technology. Services are provided from our operating facilities in Connecticut and North Carolina.

Hallmark’s Mission is to act as an extension of the human resource and technical departments of the companies that we serve, providing them with the highest quality talent available at the lowest possible cost.
