Position Title:        Financial Clerk

Location:               Hartford, CT

Relocation:            No

Position Type:       6 month temporary position

Salary:                   $18.00 per hour D.O.E.

 

SUMMARY:

Our friends at a State of Connecticut Department have asked Hallmark to hire a temp Financial Clerk to provide office support.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • 2 years of experience
  • Proficient in Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to perform reconciliations
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Good knowledge of government accounting, auditing, and reporting requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of personal computers
  • Ability to carry out department objectives with limited supervision
  • Strong organization, interpersonal skills and attention to detail required
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
