Position Title: Financial Clerk
Location: Hartford, CT

Position Type: 6 month temporary position
Salary: $18.00 per hour D.O.E.
SUMMARY:
Our friends at the State of Connecticut Department have asked Hallmark to hire a temp Financial Clerk to provide office support.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- 2 years of experience
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to perform reconciliations
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Good knowledge of government accounting, auditing, and reporting requirements
- Excellent knowledge of personal computers
- Ability to carry out department objectives with limited supervision
- Strong organization, interpersonal skills and attention to detail required
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
